UX/UI
RecoveryOne Website
The goal for RecoveryOne website was to be a key piece in the overall enrollment funnel for perspective members. It was imperative for the website to build a bridge between numerous enrollment marketing initiatives and the RecoveryOne application. Users needed to gain an understanding of what RecoveryOne is, how they can benefit from becoming a member and check if their health insurance covers the cost for RecoveryOne.
Managing the project required intense collaboration with enrollment marketing, sales, executive leadership, product, development and copywriting teams. While this was an MVP effort, it was important to build a foundation website that would be able to grow without heavy retooling by the development team.
Once the MVP site was launched, the focus turned to refining the workflows and identifying pain points by monitoring site analytics and conducting A/B tests.
