UNOPS Project of the Year (POTYA) Award

Each year UNOPS awards selected projects within the organization to receive their project of the year award. These projects have made significant global impacts on areas that have had to overcome immense challenges. Each POTYA is highlighted with a video that shares their story and highlights the challenges, successes and impacts.

We shared these stories through highlight videos. I was responsible for editing both off-line and on-line versions of the videos and crafting introductory motion graphics that invited the viewers to learn more about each project. Additional requirements included captions, title bars, video graphics and adding music.

My Role

My role for this project was to provide all post-production support to the UNOPS POTYA team. This included cutting together raw footage based off provided scripts, creating motion graphics for the intro, lower-thirds and animations, adding captions, music and offline and online editing. Additionally I worked with UNOPS teams in each country representing the projects that included Serbia, Guatemala, Kenya and Sierre Leone to ensure proper translations of the audio.
