AMERICAN NOMAD
Summer Catalog
The goal for AMERICAN NOMAD’s catalogs were to focus on storytelling which was at the cornerstone of their brand ethics. I always had a great time designing pieces for them because it allowed for some great explorations and unique design solutions.
For the catalog, they wanted the design to take their shoppers on a journey and inform them of AN’s mission. The goal was to have it be more of a magazine that shoppers could snuggle up with on a Saturday morning with a cup of tea and explore different cultures and art forms.
As their creative director, I was involved in all aspects of the catalog production to include setting up photo shoot locations, curating the items, doing the location photography, as well as designing the content and layout for each catalog. I worked intimately with junior designers to craft each catalog, always keeping the experience of AN’s shoppers front and center.
